I don't think the Yuki Indians (Round Valley Indian Tribe) are going to be too keen on sending Eel River over to the Russian River once the Yuki get control of the Eel River water (plus $2 million a year from us, the taxpayers and rate payers. )
PS: I live in Healdsburg. The dams are our summer water supply. I've written to the Healdsburg Water Department about this issue. They were very helpful and always replied to my emails. The plan for our town is to get water from Lake Sonoma (Dry Creek), local wells, water recycling, and conservation (of course.) Healdsburg still adds Fluoride to its tap water. Ugh!
