This podcast was very illuminating. Darcy Burke strikes me as a highly motivated and intelligent executive. PG&E is doing an incredible amount of stonewalling. As Darcy said, "why?"
Why are they doing that? I think the answer is it's political. Which is further evidenced by Potter Vallery residents telling Ms. Burke off the record that they were told there would be political retaliation for speaking out. It was shocking that PG&E told Darcy to go talk to an NGO about the future of the dam. It is outrageous that they are hiding the seismic report from EVERYONE! Hopefully the USDA & FERC can force PG&E to crack open the books on all of this and make it happen ASAP.

..i'd like to see how this plays out. if anything it's at least a temporary solution compared to the bs that Nuisance was slinging..
