I respectfully disagree. This is about how the republican&democrat supreme court broaden the powers of the democrat&republican PARTY, Kelo v. City of New London (2005), to use "eminent domain" for their own benefit, and purposes, which is what they do.

Farmers are no more special and worthy of additional protection than I and my property is. Eminent domain is for the greater good of "We the People," not for the benefit of the republican&democrat politicians, the unconstitutional democrat&republican government, and their corporate donors.

My castle deserves the same protections as your castle, it is called "equal protection of the law," 14th Amendment.
